Chhang Phan, 40 years old, Khmer nation, was called by Nhep Sarom to Second Bureau to spy on smuggler of cows. The Vietnamese smuggler was not arrested. 500 or 600 cows transported in the district.
ឈ្មោះ ឆាង ជនជាតិខែរ្ម អាយុ ៤០ឆ្នាំ ត្រូវបានលោក ញ៉េប សារ៉ុម ហៅមកការិយាល័យទី២ ដើម្បីធ្វើភ្នាក់ងារយកព័ត៌មានពី ឈ្មួញរត់ពន្ធគោ ហើយថៅកែឈ្មួញយួននោះមិនទាន់ចាប់បាននៅ ឡើយទេ។ ហើយគោដែលចុះនៅស្រុកប្រហែលពី៥០០ ទៅ៦០០ ក្បាល។
