Ngvieng YangThann, 32 years old, Vietnamese and Ngvieng Yang Ve, 51 years old, Chov Dok province and Yin Bin, were arrested by Brigade 4. They were arrested for smuggling cattle and attemting to spoil Cambodian Economics.
ឈ្មោះ ង្វៀង យាំងថាន់ ជាតិយួន អាយុ ៣២ឆ្នាំ និង ង្វៀង យាំងវេ អាយុ ៥១ឆ្នាំ នៅខេត្ដចូវដុក និងយិនប៊ិន ត្រូវកងពលតូចលេខ៤ ចាប់ដោយចោទថា ជាអ្នករត់ពន្ធសត្វពាហណៈ និងមានបំណងរំលាយ សេដ្ឋកិច្ចខ្មែរ។
