2 Vietnameses, Ngvieng Yang Phoeng and Ngvieng Kim Phoeung, were arrested by Infantry Brigade 4 on June 10, 1971. They were sent to military court because they were accused of take subversion against the government by importing Vietnamese currency "Dong" into Cambodia.
ជនជាតិយួន២នាក់ឈ្មោះ ង្វៀង យាំងផឹង និង ង្វៀង គីមភឿង ត្រូវកងពលតូចថ្មើរជើងលេខ៤ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ត្រូវបញ្ជូនទៅតុលាការសឹកពីបទវិទ្ធង្សនាប្រឆាំងនិងរដ្ឋាភិបាល ដោយ នាំប្រាក់ដុងលួចឆ្លងចូលមកដែនដីខ្មែរ។
