A source said that on January 16-30, 1974, Khmer Communists seized a previous custom office in Koh Teav at WT 065-185 and ased as the permanent headquarter. They also appointed Thaong Phan as chief of village cadre and Pa Pon as deputy. The headquarter guarded by 7 armed troops equipped with 2 AK47, a Carabine and a B40.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃ១៦-៣០-មករា-១៩៧៤ ពួកខ្មែរ កុម្មុយនិស្ដបានដកយកអតីតការិយាល័យគយ និងរដ្ឋករ នៅកោះទាវ ត្រង់ឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ០៦៥-១៨៥ មកធ្វើជាទីស្នាក់ការអចិន្ដ្រៃយ៍ របស់ពួកវា។ ខ្មាំងបានតែងតាំងឈ្មោះ ថោង ផាន ជាប្រធាន គណៈកម្មាភិបាលភូមិនិងឈ្មោះ ប៉ា ប៉ុន ជាអនុប្រធាន។ ទីស្នាក់ការខាងលើមានកងទ័ពខ្មាំង៧នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយកាំភ្លើងអាកា ៤៧ ២ដើម, ការ៉ាប៊ីន ១ដើម និង បេ៤០ ១ដើម នៅចាំការពារ សន្ដិសុខផង។
