On November 29, 1971, according to the interrogating report, the person named Lim Chhay, was actuatlly a Khmer Viet Cong's agent. His family served for the Khmer Viet Cong movement a few months ago. He was responsible for training villagers the Khmer Rouge ideology, and also convinced his family to join the Khmer Viet Cong movement. Major Cheav Sun Hour alias Chhay Hour, was Lim Chhay's Son. The Viet Cong Khmer agent Khvay Paun was Lim Chhay's Son-in-law. The deputy chief of Beung Kraok village Sieng Meng was Lim Chhay's nephew. Cheav Huot was a chief of Kraol Beung village secret agent and Lim Chhay's younger brother.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៩ ខែវិច្ឆកា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ក្រោយពីបានសេុីបអងេ្កត ពត៌មានដល់ទីកន្លែងបានឱ្យដឹងថា ឈ្មោះ លឹម ឆាយ នេះពិតជា ភ្នាក់ងារយៀកកុងដោយពិតប្រាកដ ព្រោះគ្រួសារនេះចូលបម្រើ យៀកកុងអស់ជាច្រើនខែហើយ ដូចជា ជាវ ស៊ុនហួរ (ឆាយ ហួរ) ជាកូនសក្ដិ៤យៀកកុង, ខ្វៃ ប៉ូន កូនប្រសារភ្នាក់ងារយៀកកុង, សៀង ម៉េង ជាក្មួយ ហើយអនុប្រធានភូមិក្រោលបឹង, ជាវ ហ៊ួត ប្អូនបង្កើត ប្រធានភូមិ និងជាភ្នាក់ងារសម្ងាត់ផង។ ហើយឈ្មោះនេះពិតជាជន ម្នាក់ដើរសាបព្រួសនូវមនោគមវិជ្ជាខ្មែរក្រហមដែលដឹកនាំទាំងគ្រួសារឱ្យបម្រើយួនយៀកកុង។
