On December 13, 1973, at 13:30 pm, Phorn Lorm, 25 years old, a militiaman in Kamphlaes village, reported himself to the National Military Authority in Chong Kal village.
ផន ឡម អាយុ២៥ឆ្នាំ ជាកងឈ្លបភូមិកំផ្លើស បានចុះចូលនឹងសារភាព ពីសកម្មភាពរបស់ខ្លួនដល់អាជ្ញាយោធាជាតិនៅភូមិចុងកាល់ ថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ម៉េាង១៣ៈ៣០នាទី។
