Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Chhan Lay, 22 years old, a militiaman in Kamphlaeb village, reported himself to the national military authority in Chong Kal district. The reason why, he defected because he saw the government 's dropped leaflets in the enemy region. The leaflets meaned that all Khmer liberation ought to join the national authority because they could not receive the victory from the national government in the future. He also confessed what he had conducted while he served in the enemy movement.
ឈ្មោះ ឆាន ឡាយ អាយុ២២ឆ្នាំ ជាកងឈ្លបរក្សាភូមិកំផើ្លប បានចូលមកនៅអាជ្ញាយោធាចុងកាល់ មូលហេតុឃើញយន្ដហោះ បាចខិតបណ្ណអំពាវនាវអោយចុះចូល និងយល់ថាធើ្វការជាមួយ ខ្មែររំដោះពុំ មានលទ្ធផលអី្វទៅថ្ងៃក្រោយឡើយ។ សាម៉ីខ្លួនបានសារភាពពីសមាស ភាព និងសកម្មភាពពីអង្គការដែលខ្លួនធ្លាប់ បម្រើការងារ។
