On November 15, 1974, UK Chanthy alias comrade Norn, a Khmer Communist combatant who just escaped from his unit, reported himself to the National authority in ILO No.1 village, Thmar Kaol sub-district, Kampong Siem district.
ឈ្មោះ អ៊ុក ចាន់ធី មិត្ដលាន ជាយុទ្ធជនកុម្មុយនិស្ដក្រហមបានរត់ ចេញពីជួរដោយខ្វះសេរីភាព និងលំបាកខ្លាំងពេកកាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែវិចិ្ឆកា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មកចូលរួមនៅអីឡូ លេខ១ ថ្មគោល កំពង់សៀម។ សកម្មភាពសាម៉ីខ្លួនមានក្នុងចម្លើយជាជឿង។
