Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
On February 3, 1974, Khmer Communist conducted a meeting between Khmer Communist commander, Ta Mok, and Viet Cong commander under the leadership of commander Hai Toeup, in Kampong Trach pagoda at VS 426-667, Kampong Trach district, Kampot province. The meeting focused on attacking Kampot provincial town. The meeting came to the conclusion that the attack had to use 8 battalions with the patronage from Viet Cong armed forces.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ៣-កុម្ភះ-១៩៧៤ ពួកខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដ បានបើកការប្រជុំ មួយរវាងមេបញ្ជាការខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដក្រោមការដឹកនាំរបស់ តាម៉ុក និងមេបញ្ជាការយួនយៀកកុងឈ្មោះ ហៃ ទឿប នៅក្នុងវត្ដកំពង់ត្រាច ត្រង់វ៉េអែស ៤២៦-៦៦៧ ក្នុងស្រុកកំពង់ត្រាច ខេត្ដកំពត។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះបានផ្ដោតយ៉ាងខ្លាំងទៅលើការវាយប្រហារយកទីក្រុងកំពត នាពេលខាងមុខនេះ។ ពិសេសក្នុងការវាយប្រហារនេះអង្គប្រជុំបាន សមេ្រចឱ្យមានការវាយប្រហាររួមចំនួន៨ កងវរៈសេនាតូច ព្រមទាំង មានកងទ័ពយៀកកុងជួយគាំទ្រផង។
