On December 18, 1973, three Khmer communists named
Sot Yan alias Bun Thy, Ong Oeun and Ms. Long Koeun, who served Khmer communist armed forces in Battalion 123, Special Zone, Region 15, defected themselves to the society with the National Army in Infantry Brigade 23. កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ មានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនស្ដចំនួន០៣នាក់ មានឈ្មោះ សុត យ៉ាន ហៅប៊ុនធី, អ៊ុង អឿន, នាងឡុង គឿន ជនទាំង០៣នាក់នេះបានបម្រើចលនាខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដក្នុងកងវរៈលេខ១២៣ តំបន់១៥ ភូមិភាគពិសេស ហើយបានភ្ញាក់រឮកចូលមករួមក្នុងសង្គម ជាតិវិញជាមួយកងកម្លាំង យោធានៃកងពលតូចថើ្មរជើងទី២៣។
