Chan Buntha, served Khmer Liberation movement, as a chief of Section II in Company 7, Battalion 103, Regiment 160. On June 04, 1974, at 7:00am, he defected himself to the society with the National Army in Battalion 245, Brigade 51.
ឈ្មោះ ចាន់ ប៊ុនថា បម្រើចលនាខ្មែររំដោះ ជានាយផ្នែកទី២ កងអនុ សេនាធំទី៧ កងវរៈសេនាតូចទី១០៣ នៃកងវរៈសេនាធំទី១៦០ បាន ភ្ញាក់រឮកចុះចូលនៅភូមិព្រែកយួន ឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ២២២-៦៣៤ ថ្ងៃ ទី០៤ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ម៉េាង៧ព្រឹក ជាមួយកងវរៈសេនាតូច ទី២៤៥ កងពលតូច៥១។
