កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ វេលាម៉េាង៤ៈ០០រសៀល មានខ្មែរភ្ញាក់រឮកម្នាក់ភេទស្រី ឈ្មោះ ភាច ថង បានភៀសខ្លួន ពីតំបន់ខ្មាំងនៅក្រពើធំ ចំណុចអ៊ុយវ៉េ ០៧០-៧៦០ មកសុំចុះ ចូលរួមរស់ក្នុងសង្គមជាតិវិញនៅប៉ុសិ៍្ដអង្គ។
