កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Vann, a chief of 50 houses and villagers in Prek Chrauk village escaped to WT 048-788 in Koh Prak village, Koky sub-district, Kean Svay district, Kandal province, because of the strong attack between the National Armed Forces and North Yuon Viet Cong soldiers. The North Yuon Viet Congs persuaded Vann to gather villagers who fled to the above village to go back to Prek Chrauk village. And they confirmed that they will forgive and provide everything to them.
ប្រជាជន និងមេ៥០ខ្នងឈ្មោះ វ៉ាន់ នៅភូមិព្រែកជ្រូក បានភៀស ខ្លួនមកនៅភូមិកោះប្រាក់ត្រង់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ០៤៨-៧៣៨ ក្នុងឃុំ គគីរ ស្រុកកៀនស្វាយ ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល ដោយសារភាពវាយប្រហារគ្នា យ៉ាងខ្លាំងរវាងកងទ័ពជាតិ និងកងទ័ពយៀកកុង។ បន្ទាប់មកខ្មាំង យៀកកុងបានមកទាក់ទងឈ្មោះ វ៉ាន់ មេខ្នង៥០ ឱ្យនាំប្រជាជនដែល ភៀសខ្លួនទាំងអស់នោះឱ្យវិលត្រឡប់ទៅភូមិព្រែកជ្រូកវិញ ដោយ អះអាងថាលើកលែងទោស និងឧបត្ថម្ភគ្រប់បែបយ៉ាងក្នុងការរស់នៅ របស់ប្រជាជន។
