On July 07, 1974, at 15:00pm, the Khmer Communist Suon Sam Att, a chief of Team1 in productive cell, 50 members unit 35, Region 15, joined the society at VT:547-651 in Wat Sa Laung pagoda, Vea Sar sub-district with the National Army in Special center.
ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដឈ្មោះ សួន សំអាត ជាមេក្រុមទី១ បានផលិតផល ប្រចាំស្រុក៥២ នៃកងហាលេខ៣៥ តំបន់១៥បានចុះចូលជាមួយកង ឯកភាពមណ្ឌលពិសេសផ្លូវជាតិលេខ៤ វត្ដសាឡូងសង្កាត់វារសរ វ៉េតេ ៥៤៧-៦៨១ ថ្ងៃទី០៧ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ម៉េាង១៥ៈ៣០ ដើម្បី ចូលមករួមក្នុងសង្គមជាតិវិញ។
