ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដឈ្មោះ នូ សំអន បានចុះចូលជាមួយនឹងកងឯកភាព មណ្ឌលពិសេសផ្លូវជាតិលេខ៤ នៅប៉ុស្ដិ៍ផ្លូវចូលទៅវត្ដត្រពាំងគង វ៉េតេ ៦០០-៦៩៥ នៅថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ វេលាម៉េាង០៥ៈ០០ ដើម្បីចូលមករួមរស់ ក្នុងសង្គមជាតិវិញ។
