On January 23, 1974, all cadre committee of villages of Khmer Communist in Taing Kok district, Kampong Thom province, gathered food stuff from villagers. A family had to contribute 3 Kg of dry cooked rice so that they would have those rice to support their armed forces who were operating around Phnom Penh.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ២៣-មករា-១៩៧៤ គណៈកម្មាភិបាលភូមិទាំងអស់របស់ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដក្នុងស្រុកតាំងគោក ខេត្ដកំពង់ធំ បានរៃអង្គាសស្បៀង ពីអ្នកស្រុកដោយក្នុង១គ្រួសារៗនូវបាយក្រៀមចំនួន៣គីឡូ ដើម្បីដឹក យកទៅផ្ដល់ដល់កងទ័ពពួកវាដែលកំពុងប្រតិបត្ដិការនៅជុំវិញក្រុង ភ្នំពេញ។
