On July 16, 1974 at 10:00am, the Khmer Communist, Ong Sary alias Chhuon Pheak Khdei, a soldiers in Infantry Brigade 13 and a chief of Team 1 in Unit 2, 3, District 52 joined the society with the National Army in Kirirom sub-military operation region, Kampong Speu provincial town.
