On October 17, 1973, the Khmer refugee named Him Sarim, aka Chum, was presented at the Khmer Embassy in the south Vietnam. And on October 22, 1973, he was sent to the National Khmer general staff.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៧ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ មានជនភៀសខ្លួនម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ ហ៊ឹម សារឹម ហៅជុំជាតិខ្មែរ បានមកបង្ហាញខ្លួននៅស្ថានទូតខ្មែរ ប្រចាំនៅប្រទេសវៀតណាមខាងត្បូង។ នៅថ្ងៃទី២២ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ជនភៀសខ្លួនខាងលើនេះត្រូវបានបញ្ជូនមកអគ្គសេនា ធិការយោធពលខេមរជាតិ។
