Two Khmer refugees named Suon Som and Sien Mang who fled from Chong Khsach village, Chheu Khmao sub-district, Koh Thom district, Kandal province reported that the Khmer Communinst in region 25 prepared to collect properties, foodftuffs and lands form villagers and put as collective properties. They forced villagers who lived in their region to have rice collectively. The activities were not loved and hated by the villagers.
ភ្នាក់ងារយើងបានទទួលព័ត៌មានពីជនភៀសខ្លួនពីរនាក់មកពីភូមិចុង ខ្សាច់ ឃុំឈើខ្មៅ ស្រុកកោះធំ ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល ឈ្មោះសួន ស៊ុំ និង សៀន ម៉ាង ថាពួកខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដតំបន់២៥ បានបង្កើតនូវគម្រោង ការមួយ គឺរៀបចំឱ្យមានការដាក់រួមរវាងទ្រព្យសម្បត្ដិ ដីធ្លី ស្បៀង អាហារ ស្រែចម្ការ។ល។ ជាពិសេសពួកខ្មាំងខាងលើបានកំណត់ឱ្យប្រជាជន ដែលរស់នៅក្រោមការត្រួតត្រារបស់វាបរិភោគបាយរួមទៀតផង។ សកម្មភាពខាងលើត្រូវបានប្រជាជនស្អប់ខ្ពើម និងមិនពេញចិត្ដឡើយ។
