On December 15, 1974, Srei Phorn, managed to escape from the area controlled by Liberation Khmer and defected to Ta Ngen-base militray authorities at TV 527-466. The defector failed to bring any milirary equipment.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានខ្មែរភ្ញាក់រឮកឈ្មោះ ស្រី ភន បានរត់គេចខ្លួនពីតំបន់ខ្មែររំដោះចូលមកសារភាពជាមួយអាជ្ញា ធរយោធានៅប៉ុស្ដិ៍តាង៉ែន ត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៥២៧-៤៦៦ ដោយពុំមាន នាំយកនូវគ្រឿងសម្ភារសឹកមកជាមួយទេ។
