On September 13, 1973, Lam Phoeung, 45 years old, managed to escape from enemy occupied and defected to national military authorities in Battalion 509 based in Wat Svay Sokhao at WT:358-720.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ឈ្មោះ ឡាំ ភឿង អាយុ៤៥ឆ្នាំ បានរត់ចេញពីតំបន់ខ្មាំងមកចុះចូលជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរយើង នៅវត្ដស្វាយសុខោ ត្រង់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេៈ៣៥៨-៧២០ ក្នុងកងវរៈ សេនាតូចលេខ៥០៩។
