Prisoner Uk Phally aka Yay was interrogated by Oeun, Khon and Khan on December 15, 1977. Prisoner Chheng Sreng, train soldier, was interrogated by Hieng on January 4, 1978. The document bore Duch's written letter of approval.
អ្នកទោសឈ្មោះ អ៊ុក ផល្លី ហៅ យ៉យ ត្រូវសួរចម្លើយចប់នៅថ្ងៃ ១៥-១២-១៩៧៧ ដោយ អឿន, ខុន និង ខន។ អ្នកទោស ឈ្មោះ ឆេង សេ្រង យុទ្ធជនរទេះភ្លើង ត្រូវសួរចម្លើយចប់នៅ ថ្ងៃ៤-១-១៩៧៨ ដោយឈ្មោះ ហៀង។ ឯកសារនេះមានចំណារ ពីឌុច ចារថាស្រប។
