Vit Thuy, soldier in Chasing Battalion 13 based in Ach Romeas district, managed to escape from an area controlled by enemies and came up to First Bureau of Khmer National General Staff on February 5, 1975. The reason for his arrest was that he once disguised and spied on enemies in Kuoy Chik Dei village, following his commander order.
