Four former national soldiers named Hem Chhem, Tep San, Um Phala, and Prum Sen who had been arrested by enemy troops managed to escape from an area controlled by enemies in Mesar village, Toek Chrov sub-district, Ponhea Krek district, Region 21 of Kampong Cham and returned to Natioanal community on January 16, 1975.
អតីតទាហានជាតិ៤នាក់ ឈ្មោះ ហែម ឆែម, ទេព សន, អ៊ុំ ផល្លា និងព្រុំ សេន ដែលត្រូវបានខ្មាំងចាប់យកទៅនោះ បានរត់រួចពីតំបន់ កាន់កាប់នៅភូមិមេសរ ឃុំទឹកជ្រៅ ស្រុកពញ្ញាក្រែក តំបន់២១ ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៦ មករា ១៩៧៥ ហើយបានចូលមក សារភាពជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរជាតិ។
