On July 5, 1974, a Khmer Communist Touch Bunthoeun alias Sin Hieng defected to Infantry Brigade 45-K2 based in Phnom Baset at VT 723-890. He brought along with A M16 its No.4730130 and 6 magazines. He confessed that he was a chief of a spy unit based in Phsar Dek district No.151, Region 15 of special military zone under the command of Ta Prach.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ៥-កក្កដា-១៩៧៤ មានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដឈ្មោះ ទូច ប៊ុនធឿន ហៅ ស៊ីន ហៀង បានមកចុះចូលជាមួយកងពលតូចថ្មើជើង ទី៤៥-ក២ ដែលប្រចាំការនៅបាសិត ត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៧២៣-៨៩០ ដោយនាំមកជាមួយនូវអ៊ឹម១៦ ១ដើម លេខ៤៧៣០១៣០ និង បង់គ្រាប់ ចំនួនត៦។ ប្រភពបានសារភាពថា ខ្លួនមាននាទីជាប្រធាន ក្រុមឈ្លបការណ៍ប្រចាំស្រុកផ្សារដែក លេខ១៥១ តំបន់១៥ យោធភូមិភាគពិសេសក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ តាប្រាជ។
