On July 04, 1974, the Khmer Communist named Nguon Sarum, a chief of the spy unit C-2 in Prasat district defected to the National Army in Battalion 412 at WT:953-263 to the South of Wat Khcheay pagoda, bringing along his friend named In Sokhum.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៤ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ ងួន សារុំ ជាប្រធានស៊ើបការណ៍ប្រចាំគ២ ក្នុងកងឯកភាពកងទ័ពស្រុក ប្រសូត្រ បានចូលមកសារភាពជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរជាតិ ក្នុងកងវរៈសេនាតូច ៤១២ សិ្ថតនៅខាងត្បូងខ្ជាយ ឌុបដឺវ៉េតេៈ៩៥៣-២៦៣ព្រមទាំងបាន នាំមិត្ដម្នាក់ ឈ្មោះ សុខុម មកជាមួយផង។
