On July 04, 1974, the Khmer Communist named In Sokhum, a messenger in Ro Meang Thkaol sub-district, Okha Al district, reported himself to the National Army in Battalion 412 at WT:953-263, in Khchey village.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៤ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ តន សុខុម ជានិរសារស់ក្ររមាំង ថ្កោល នៅអូរក្អាល សង្កាត់សំបួរ បានចូលមកសារភាពជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរជាតិនៅកងវរៈសេនាតូច៤១២ ក្នុងភូមិខ្ជាយ ឌុបដឺវ៉េតេៈ៩៥៣-២៦៣។
