On September 23, 1973, the Khmer Communist soldiers, Long Borom, a chief of group 1 in Phum Thmei village, Po Ang Krang sub-district, Kong Pisey district, Kampong Speu province, defected to the National Army in the military training center 3 and brought along one hand grenade.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ មានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ ឡុង បូរំ ជានាយពួកនៅភូមិថ្មី សង្កាត់ពោធិ៍អង្ក្រង ស្រុកគងពិសី ខេត្ដកំពង់សឺ្ព។ បានមកចុះចូលជាមួយកងទ័ពជាតិ នៅមជ្ឈមណ្ឌល ហឹ្វកហឺ្វនទាហានថើ្មរជើងទី៣ ដោយបាននាំយកគ្រាប់បែកដៃមួយគ្រាប់ មកជាមួយផង។
