Prisoner Nem Em aka Saroeun, chief of squad in Kampong Som Port, was interrogated by Than on January 13, 1978, and prisoner Sum Saroeun aka Rum was interrogated by Mean and Seng on January 19, 1978. The document bore Duch's written letter of approval.
