On September 23, 1974, two Khmer Viet Cong soldiers, Meas Sitha and Meas Eng, a chief of 22 member unit, reported themselves to the national authority in the military training center 3, Am Pe Phnom region and brought along one gun.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានខ្មែរយៀកកុងម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ មាស សេង ហៅ មាស សីថា ឬ មាស អេង ជាគណៈរួមក្រុម ត្រួតត្រាយុវជន ២២នាក់ បានចូលមកចុះចូលជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាលជាតិ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលហឹ្វកហឺ្វនយោធាលេខ៣ អំពែភ្នំ ដោយពុំបាននាំយកអី្វមក ជាមួយទេ។
