On September 23, 1973, two Khmer Communist soldiers, Long Borum and Meas Seng, reported themselves to the national government. Then, they were sent to the council of ministers by the National Army in National General Staff to allow to live with their families.
មានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដ២នាក់ ឈ្មោះ ឡុង បូរ៉ុម និងឈ្មោះ មាស សេង ត្រូវបានអគ្គសេនាធិការយោធពលខេមរជាតិបញ្ជូនទៅកាន់ទីសី្ដការ គណៈរដ្ឋមន្រី្ដ ដើម្បីអនុញ្ញាតអោយពួកគេត្រឡប់ទៅរស់នៅជាមួយ គ្រួសារវិញ បន្ទាប់ពីពួកគេទាំង២នាក់ បានចូលមកសារភាពជាមួយ រដ្ឋាភិបាលជាតិកាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣មក។
