On May 23, 1974, the Khmer Communist Chan Mam, 20 years old, born in Prey Sruol village, Po Ang Krang sub-district, Kong Pisey district, Kampong Speu province, a combatant in Team 1, Company 207, Battalion 10 in Samrong Tong district (called district 52), defected to the National Army in Infantry Brigade 3.
ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដភ្ញាក់រឮកម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ ចន្ទ័ មាម អាយុ២០ឆ្នាំ នៅភូមិ ព្រៃស្រួល ឃុំពោធិ៍អង្ក្រង ស្រុកគងពិសី ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ មានឋានៈ ជាយុទ្ធជនក្រុមទី១ កងវរៈសេនាតូចលេខ១០ កងអនុសេនាធំ២០៧ ជាកងប្រចាំស្រុក៥២ ស្រុកសំរោងទង បានចូលមករួបរួម សង្គមជាតិវិញកាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ជាមួយកង កម្លាំងយោធានៃកងថើ្មរជើងទី៣។
