Kim Chhin. 55 years old, Khmer, was allowed to work for the sake of the Ministry in Svay Teap region, Svay Rieng district, Svay Rieng province. His duty was to contact to defect to the liberation Khmer government.
ឈ្មោះ កឹម ឈិន អាយុ៥៥ឆ្នាំ ជនជាតិខ្មែរ ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យធ្វើការជាប្រយោជន៍របស់ក្រសួងនៅក្នុងតំបន់ស្វាយទាប ស្រុកស្វាយរៀង ខេត្ដស្វាយរៀង ក្នុងរឿងប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទងនឹងខ្មែរ រំដោះដើម្បីចូលរួមជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាល។
