On August 24, 1974, Chea Theng, 22 years old, born in Prek Tauch village, Prek Koy sub-district, Sa Ang district, Kandal province, a Khmer Liberation soldier in Team 3, Platoon 23, Unit 116, Region 15, defected to the National Army at VT:824-607, in Wat Svay pagoda, Battalion 202, Brigade 51, Division 3.
ឈ្មោះ ជា ថេង អាយុ២២ឆ្នាំ នៅភូមិព្រែកតូច ឃុំព្រែកគយ ស្រុកស្អាង ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល ជាកងទ័ពរំដោះនៅក្នុងក្រុមទី៣ កងអនុសេនាតូចលេខ២៣ កងវរៈលេខ១១៦ តំបន់១៥ បានចូលមករួបរួមនិង កងវរៈសេនាតូចទី២០២ កងពលតូច៥១ កងពលធំទី៣ នៅវត្ដស្វាយ ចំណុចវ៉េតេៈ៨២៤-៦០៧ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤។
