On November 1, 1973, two Khmer Rebels, Kang Chamraen, and Khut Yin, who served as militiaman in Khmer Rebel defected to Oudong Meanchey based sub-military region.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ១-វិចិ្ឆកា-១៩៧៣ មានខ្មែរឧទ្ទាម២នាក់ បានភ្ញាក់រឮក ចូលរួបរួមសង្គមជាតិវិញ។ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមខាងលើនេះមានឈ្មោះកង ចំរើន និង ឃុត យិន។ អ្នកទាំងពីរនេះបានចូលបម្រើចលនាឧទ្ទាម ក្នុងឋានៈជាកងឈ្លប ហើយបានចូលមកសារភាពនៅផ្នៃកសឹករង ឧដុង្គមានជ័យ។
