On 06 September 1973, El Oeun alias El Sitha, 23 years old, born in Prek Reang village, Teuk Hot sub-district, Rolea Phieat district, a Khmer Communist combatant in Heavy Artillery Platoon 4, Unit 302, Region 31, defected to the National Army in Chasing Battalion 325, O Raung fortress, Prek Am Pil village, bringing along one AK-47 gun and 40 bullets.
ឈ្មោះ ឯល អឿន ហៅឯល ស៊ីថា អាយុ២៣ឆ្នាំ នៅភូមិព្រែករាំង ឃុំទឹកហូតស្រុករលាប្អៀរមានមុខងារជាកូនក្រុមកាំភើ្លងធំក្នុងកងអនុ សេនាធំទី៤កងវរលេខ៣០២ តំបន់៣១ បានចូលមករួបរួមនឹងសង្គម ជាតិវិញនៅថ្ងៃទី៦ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ នៅកងវរសេនាតូចទាហាន ប្រដេញលេខ៣២៥ ដែលប្រចាំការនៅភូមិព្រៃពិល ត្រង់បន្ទាយអូរូង ដោយនាំមកកាំភើ្លងអាកា៤៧ និងគ្រាប់៤០មួយដើមមកជាមួយផង។
