The Buddhist monk named Pao Chhean, 35 years old, Khmer, was permitted to serve the interest of the Ministry in Mongkul Borei district, Lvea region, Battambang province. His duty was to convince the Khmer liberation armed forces to joined themselves to the national authority.
ឈ្មោះ ភិក្ខុ )េ៉ៅ ឈាន អាយុ៣៥ឆ្នាំ ជនជាតិខ្មែរ ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាត ឱ្យធ្វើការជាប្រយោជន៍របស់ក្រសួង នៅក្នុងតំបន់ល្វា ស្រុកមង្គលបូរី ខេត្ដបាត់ដំបង ក្នុងរឿងប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទងនឹងខ្មែររំដោះដើម្បីចូល រួបរួមជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាល។
