On October 13, 1973, Daeng Kheng, 25 years old, born in Kok Ang Konh village, Po Rom Chak sub-district, Prey Kabas district, Takeo province, a deputy chief of Art cell in Po Rom Chak village, defected to the national authority at WT:224-27,3 in Leuk Dek district, Kandal province.
