On May, 08 1974, Horn Vien alias Horn Vun, 20 years old, born in Ta Vong village, Bankam sub-district, Prey Kabass district, Takeo province, a Khmer Communist combatant in Platoon 2, Battalion 330, Regiment 13, defected to the National Army in Battalion 241, Brigade 15, Division 3 at VT:795-605 in Anlong Romiet village and brought along one PM-AC gun, one magazine and 20 bullets.
ឈ្មោះ មានរៀន ហៅ ហន រុន អាយុ២០ឆ្នាំ នៅភូមិតាវង់ ឃុំបានកាម ស្រុកព្រៃកប្បាស ខេត្ដតាកែវ មានឋានៈ ជាមេពួក នៅក្នុងកងអនុសេនាធំទី២ កងវរៈសេនាលេខ៣៣០ កងវរៈសេនាធំ១៣ បានចូលមករួបរួមក្នុង សង្គមជាតិវិញកាលពី ថ្ងៃទី៨ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ នៅភូមិអន្លង់រមៀត ត្រង់ចំណុច វ៉េតេៈ៧៩៥-៦០៥ នៃកងវរៈសេនាតូច២៤១ កងពលតូច១៥ កងពលធំទី៣ ដោយនាំមកជាមួយនូវកាំភើ្លងប៉េអ៊ឹម-អាសេ មួយដើម ប្រអប់ច្រកគ្រាប់មួយ និងគ្រាប់២០គ្រាប់។
