Mao Sovann, 28 years old, Khmer, was permitted to serve for the interest of the national armed forces in Kratie region, Kratie district, Kratie province. He was responsible persuading the Khmer liberation soldiers to defect to the national government.
ឈ្មោះ ម៉ៅ សូវ៉ាន់ អាយុ២៨ឆ្នាំ ជនជាតិខ្មែរ ត្រូវបានឱ្យធ្វើ ការជាប្រយោជន៍របស់ក្រសួងនៅតំបន់ក្រចេះ ស្រុកក្រចេះ ខេត្ដក្រចេះ ក្នុងរឿងប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទងខ្មែររំដោះ និងខេ្មរក្រហម ដើម្បីរួបរួមជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាល។
