Loeng Sokhom, 30 years old, Khmer, was allowed to serve for the interest of the Ministry in Daung region, Bati district, Takeo province. He was responsible for convincing the Khmer Liberation and Khmer Rouge soldiers to defect to the national government.
ឈ្មោះ ឡឹង សុខុម អាយុ៣០ឆ្នាំ ជនជាតិខ្មែរ ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យធ្វើការជាប្រយោជន៍របស់ក្រសួងនៅតំបន់ដូង ស្រុកបាទី ខេត្ដតាងកែវ ក្នុងរឿងប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទងខ្មែររំដោះនិងខ្មែរក្រហម ដើម្បីនឹងមករួបរួមជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាលវិញ។
