On September 18, 1974, two Khmer Communists named Thou Met, 18 years old, a combatant and Suon Hao, 26 years old, a combatant in Platoon 262, Heavy Artillery Battalion 260, defected to the National Army in Brigade 24, Peareang sub-district, Leuk Dek district, Kandal province.
មានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដ២នាក់ ឈ្មោះ ធូ ម៉េត អាយុ១៨ឆ្នាំ និង សួន ហោ អាយុ២៦ឆ្នាំ ឋានៈជាយុទ្ធជនប្រចាំការកងអនុសេនាធំលេខ២៦២ កងវរៈសេនាតូចកាំភើ្លងធំលេខ២៦០ បានចូលមករួបរួមក្នុងសង្គមជាតិ វិញជាមួយនឹងកងកម្លាំងយោធានៃកងពលតូចទី២៤ ប្រចាំការនៅ សង្កាត់ ពាមរាំងស្រុកលើកដែក ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល នៅថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤។
