Prakk Kan, 31 years old, Khmer, was allowed to serve for the sake of the Ministry in Kampong Siem, Prey Chhor and Tbaung Kmom region, Kampong Cham province. He was responsible for convincing the Khmer Liberation and Khmer Rouge soldiers to defect to the national government.
ឈ្មោះ ប្រាក់ កន អាយុ៣១ឆ្នាំ ជនជាតិខ្មែរ ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាត ឱ្យធ្វើការជាប្រយោជន៍របស់ក្រសួងនៅតំបន់កំពង់សៀម ព្រៃឈរ ត្បូងឃ្មុំ ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម ក្នុងរឿងប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទងខ្មែររំដោះនឹងខ្មែរ ក្រហម ដើម្បីនឹងមករួបរួហមជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាលវិញ។
