Prak Sam Oeur, commander of battalion 101 who lived in Noeng village, Beus sub-district, Krauch Chhmar district, Kampong Cham defected to second Bureau of staff in military zone on July 28, 1974. He brought along with a short gun and a bullet cartridge.
