On July 17, 1974, a Khmer Communist, Khatt Khim, reported himself to Battalion 263 in Chhouk Kandom. He brought along with 4 hand grenades. He was a commander of Company 82, Battalion 218, in Region 15, Special Zone.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៧ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ ខាត់ ឃឹម បានភ្ញាក់រឮកមកចូលរួបរួមក្នុងសង្គមជាតិវិញជាមួយកង កម្លាំងយោធាកងវរៈសេនាតូចលេខ២៦៣ នៅឈូកកណ្ដុំ ដោយនាំមក ជាមួយនូវគ្រាប់បែកដៃចំនួន៤គ្រាប់។ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដភ្ញាក់រឮក ឈ្មោះ ខាត់ ឃឹម នេះជាមេបញ្ជាការរងអនុសេនាធំលេខ៨២ នៃកង វរៈសេនាលេខ២១៨ នៅតំបន់១៥ភូមិភាគពិសេស។
