On April 8, 1974, a Khmer Communist, Touch Suon, reported himself to the military authority in Battalion 132 of Brigade 43, Prek Hor. He was a militiaman of Kandal sub-district, Region 15, Special Zone.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៨ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ ទូច សួន បានភ្ញាក់រឮកមកចុះចូលរួបរួមក្នុងសង្គមជាតិវិញជាមួយ អាជ្ញាធរយោធានៅកងវរៈសេនាតូចលេខ១៣២ នៃកងពលតូចលេខ៤៣ នៅព្រែកហូរ។ ខ្មែរភ្ញាក់រឮកឈ្មោះ ទូច សួន នេះជាកងឈ្លបប្រចាំ ឃុំកណ្ដាល តំបន់១៥ ភូមិភាគពិសេស។
