On March 16, 1974, a Khmer Communist, Touch Meas, joined the society with military authority of Battalion 58 of Infantry Brigade 13. He was an ordinary person who lived in the enemy region, Thmei village, Roleang Ken sub-district, Kandal Stung district, region 15.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ ទូច មាស បានភ្ញាក់រឮកមកចុះចូលរួបរួមក្នុងសង្គមជាតិវិញជាមួយ អាជ្ញាធរយោធា កងវរៈសេនាតូចលេខ៥៨ នៃកងពលតូចថើ្មរជើង លេខ១៣។ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដឈ្មោះ ទូច មាសនេះជាប្រជាជនរស់នៅ ក្នុងតំបន់ខ្មាំងកាន់កាប់ នៅភូមិថ្មី ឃុំរលាំងកែន ស្រុកកណ្ដាលសឹ្ទង តំបន់១៥។
