On March 16, 1974, a Khmer Communist, San Soeung, escaped from the enemy region to join with the military authority of Infantry Brigade 13. He was an ordinary person who lived in Region 15.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ សន សឿង បានរត់ភៀសខ្លួនចេញពីតំបន់ខ្មាំងចូលមកសារភាពជាមួយ អាជ្ញាធរយោធា នៃកងពលតូចថើ្មរជើងលេខ១៣។ ខ្មែរភៀសខ្លួន ឈ្មោះ សន សឿននេះជាប្រជាជនរស់នៅក្នុងតំបន់លេខ១៥។
