Phem Chhoeung, 17 years old, Khmer Nation, served the army as a combatant in Unit K3, Kh3 in Meanchey Thmei district, Svay Rieng province. On May 15, 1974, Chhoeung defected to the government briging along one AK-47 and one AR-15.
ឈ្មោះ ភេម ឈឿង អាយុ ១៧ ឆ្នាំ ជាតិខ្មែរ បានចូលបម្រើខ្មាំង មានឋានៈជាយុទ្ធជននៅក្នុងកងឯកភាពក៣ ខ៣ ស្រុកមានជ័យថ្មី ខេត្ដស្វាយរៀង។ កាលពីថ្ងៃ១៥-ឧសភា-១៩៧៤ ឈឿងនេះបាន ចូលមកសារភាពរួមរស់ជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាលវិញ ដោយនាំមកជាមួយ នៅអាវុធអាកា៤៧ ១ដើម, អាអ៊ែ១៥ ១ដើម។
