On March 16, 1974, there was a refugee, Chuon Run, escaped from the enemy region to join with the military authority of Battalion 58, Infantry Brigade 13. He was an ordinary person who lived in Region 15.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានជនភៀសខ្លួនម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ ជួន រុន បានរត់ភៀសខ្លួនចេញពីតំបន់ ខ្មាំងចូលមកសារភាពជាមួយ អាជ្ញាធរយោធាកងវរៈសេនាតូចលេខ៥៨ នៃកងពលតូចថើ្មរជើង លេខ១៣។ ជនភៀសខ្លួនឈ្មោះ ជួន រុន ជាប្រជាជនរស់នៅក្នុង តំបន់១៥។
